How it works
One call reaches a basement waterproofing company that covers your part of Broome County.
You call or send a request
Tell us your town and what the basement is doing: water at the floor edge, a crack that leaks, a sump pump that cycles nonstop, a wet wall, or a musty smell that won't quit.
We connect you with a local company
Your call or request goes to an independent waterproofing company that serves Binghamton and Broome County.
The company handles the job
They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.
What we are and aren't
Binghamton Basement Waterproofing is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
New York State doesn't issue a general home improvement license. Licensing is local, mostly in New York City and downstate counties, so ask your town or village whether it licenses contractors. State law (General Business Law Article 36-A) still protects you: a home improvement job over $500 needs a written, signed contract that lists the work, materials, price and dates, and you can cancel in writing until midnight of the third business day after signing. Ask for proof of liability insurance, ask who will pull any building permit, and make sure plumbing or sewer connections are handled by a licensed plumber where your municipality requires one.
